CONVENTION - The Convention Committee shall plan and execute the Annual Convention,Meeting of the Membership and Meeting of the Board of Directors. With the advice and consentof the Executive Committee these duties shall include, but are not limited to, obtaining facilities,planning meals, contracting with speakers, arranging programs and all the logistics and trappingsthat go with a successful and productive annual event. Unless the Executive Committee directsotherwise, the yearly event shall be in conjunction with the ISBA midyear meeting.
